The President Hosni Mubarak issued a decision of the movement to  governors renew the  confidence of the Fakhrani the governor of Ismailia

The resolution included the ouster of some governor and some sites change and survival of a number of governors in their present locations
It also issued a decision to establish two new prefectures to  sixth of October and Helwan
The Mr. President renewed confidence in, Major General Abdul Jalil Fakhrani the governor of Ismailia in the period ahead
